Sportsman Incident Report

Many of our members call when they have problems hunting with dogs, and we are eager to help.  Our attorney helps members prosecutive criminal cases against those who steal or harm our hunting dogs.

We need correct information to effectively defend hunting with dogs. Please advise us of any problems by using this form, which is to be printed, completed, and mailed to us. This form DOES NOT replace the need to report hostile behavior to Law Enforcement.

When you send us this form, please enclose a copy of the Law Enforcement Report prepared by law enforcement from your complaint or any complaint against you.
